Returns of Product
If you are unhappy with your online purchase from
ROSARIO JEWELS, we will arrange
for the product to be returned and process a
partial refund of 85% of the total invoice value.Please note that
15% of the invoice value will be deducted to cover handling,
insurance, and luxury logistics costs incurred.
Return Eligibility
To request a return, you must contact us within
7 days of receiving your order by:

- Relevant images (if applicable)
- Original product tag attached
- Original certificate(s)
- Invoice/Bill information
Return Process
- Our team will review your request.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and secure packaging.
- After receiving the product, our quality inspection team will examine it within 7 working days.
- If the product meets all return conditions, an 85% refund of the invoice value will be initiated.

Product Damages
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within
24 hours of receiving your order.Contact us by:
Kindly include clear photographs highlighting the damage or defect.Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement order of the same design and organize pickup of the damaged product.The returned item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be securely packaged
- Have the original tag attached
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged at
70% of the original invoice value.To request an exchange, please email your product details to

Every Rosario Jewels piece is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Due to the nature of handcrafted manufacturing, slight differences in size,
dimensions, texture, and finish may occur.
- Display & Colour Variations:
Product colours and appearance may differ due to screen settings,
monitor calibration, mobile device displays, lighting, and photography.
We cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display the true colour
or finish of the jewellery.
Accordingly, Rosario Jewels shall not be held responsible for minor variations
in appearance between website images and the delivered product.
