Non-Refundable Charges
- Rhodium plating, enamel, oxidizing, kundan work, premium coating, or equivalent finishing charges.
- Metal loss, wastage, and making charges.
- Certification, valuation, designing, insurance, and courier charges.
- Return shipping, courier costs, customs duties, and taxes.
- Import duties and taxes applicable in the customer’s country.
- Handling charges for customer-supplied diamonds, gemstones, or other stones.
Additional Notes- Original purchase invoice is mandatory for any return request.
- The weight of diamonds, gemstones, and synthetic or imitation stones, where present, shall be deducted from the total product weight to calculate the net metal weight.
5. Pricing
- Prices displayed are indicative only.
- Final pricing will be confirmed through an official quotation.
- Unless otherwise stated in the product listing or official quotation, prices may include applicable GST and standard courier charges.
- Any additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other applicable fees not included in the quoted price shall be communicated separately, where applicable.

6. Orders & Quotations
All quotations are subject to confirmation.An order is considered accepted only after written confirmation from
Rosario Jewels.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

7. Payments

- All returned jewellery must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original product tag and purchase invoice.
- Returns without the original product tag will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed for such returns, subject to applicable law.
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Rosario Jewels.
- Manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting photographs or other relevant evidence.
- Customized or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Any applicable refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, in accordance with the applicable refund policy and law.
